During this beginner’s course, participants will be introduced to the fundamental elements of clay and the main methods of pottery making. The course is designed to help you explore clay as a material and discover its many creative possibilities. You will learn both handbuilding techniques and try wheel throwing in a supportive and inspiring environment.
Each course has 10 available places to ensure personal guidance and a relaxed atmosphere.

Mondays, February 9th – March 16th

An optional try-out session on February 2nd can be purchased separately.
The course consists of 6 evening sessions, with additional opportunities to return and glaze your work during extra glazing sessions.

- 6 guided sessions (approx. 2.5–3 hours each)
- Clay and use of all tools
- Hand building techniques
- Introduction to the pottery wheel
- Glazes and firings
- Teaching, support, and individual guidance
This beginner’s course provides a solid foundation in pottery techniques while offering creative, calm, and cozy evenings working with your hands and imagination.
Instructor
Amandine Bugli has worked with clay since she was a kid. During her lifelong journey with ceramics she learned in France, Finland, Japan, and Iceland, shaping a intuitive and thoughtful teaching approach.
